Condition of Garments To successfully process an exchange, the garment must be in perfect retail condition and meet the following standards:

Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition, completely free of any wear, alteration, or washing.

Original Packaging: All original brand tags must remain securely attached, and the garment must be placed back into its original packaging.
